I always thought that Beijing’s police were brutal because it always has been portrayed that way, I never realized how barbaric Sao Paulo’s police were, not that anything bad happened to me but walking back from the parade I have noticed that the homeless were lined up, I mean most of them were trying to sleep in this cold and harsh winter but they were woken up by the police and moved to another place so that the parade can look nicer, come on, on top of that they were manhandled and pushed, haven’t they suffered enough by trying to sleep on the street, why can’t the police give them a little of dignity? It was a bit sad to see that, considering that they were celebrating the gay parade, where I think it is about equality and fairness, they are still human even thought they don’t have a house or money but regardless of what we do have and don’t, we are all human and we all have feelings
