Blending Time

Have you ever waited at the airport for more than 12 hours? I have, on my way to Brazil, I waited at Sydney’s airport for more than 12 hours, then in Auckland for another 3 hours, I waited for Aerolineas Argentina for that period of time, then I waited again in Buenos Aires, both planes were operated by Aerolineas Argentina, but that wasn’t the end of my luck. On my last day in Paraguay/Brazil/Argentina, I waited for 1 hour to get on my bus to back to Sao Paulo and I am really looking forward to my journey back to Sydney, which I presume I will have to wait once again. Punctuality in South America is kind of a joke, I am not saying I am punctual but when I have to go to work I am pretty damn punctual. I waited for the bus, while my mom and relatives were there with me, I kind of got used to it but not my mom and she was like damn, why did I choose that particular bus? I don’t know but waiting something seems to be following me. I am always waiting for something. However I would not wait until South American government decides to improve their standard of living, as my grandmother would say, it will happen when my bones start to play to the drums.
