Better Ones

The good thing that came out of it, like going to their office was that I got to meet the people who actually care about their customer, I met this receptionist, her name was Vanessa and we chatted in Spanish in which she told me all these stories about ground staff at the airports and all the baggage handler and things that could go wrong, she was nice and told me to keep fighting with them, even thought I have to make a scene or more, I hve to do it, they won’t cry because they don’t really care. She seemed to care and she wished me good luck and I wished her the best at work. There are good people who works there and they know how their system works and I do appreciate that, so even thought I am talking bad things about Aerolineas I do have to tell you that there are good people there as well as useless one so hopefully the good ones get promoted and weeds out the bad ones, but usually the good ones don’t last long and quit and the bad ones stays and gets promoted and that is how it works in the in the real world.
